Seller Verification

I have enabled seller verification on the forum to help out with any types of issues with have. There really is nothing to it I will just need the below information on file. This information will be stored on on this forum and only visible to you and me. You will be able to verify the information from within your profile but you cannot make changes. If changes need to be made they you will have to contact me directly as I am the only one with access to make changes.

Please send me a PM with the below listed information:

1) Full Name
2) Home Address
3) Home & Cell Phone Numbers
4) Date of birth
5) If you are under 18 we will need contact information for your parents so we can get their authorization.

If you live with your parents or guardian we will also need their Name.
If you represent a business, info would be required for both the person selling the item and the business.

Once I have received your PM please allow me 12-48 hours to verify the info and allow access into the seller boards.
